Kent Produced
All our meat, salads and vegetables are locally sourced. Our Kent produce includes apple juice from Moors, sausages from Korkers and sausages and other meat produce from Capons of Rochester.
Home Made!
All our pastries, scones and cakes are freshley made on the premises each day - go on, try one, they are delicious!
Railway Workshop - Picnic and Play!
The indoor picnic and play area, "Railway Workshop Picnic and Play" is now open! We've completed works to our narrow gauge railway and developed an engine workshop that is open. Our collection includes two locomotives, two steam cranes and various wagons in active use, as well as examples of early narrow gauge plate and trucks, so you can see the dockyard's locos up close and personal! At times, you'll see the engineer, not just the oily rag!
Picnic Facilities
You may wish to bring your own picnic with you to enjoy in the quiet and secluded Commissioner’s House Garden or on one of the other grass areas within the site. Picnic tables are located next to the outdoor children’s play area.
