The ‘Timeless Beauties’ will meet guests on arrival whilst the Cinque Ports Lindy Hoppers will ensure the dancing gets of to a swinging start!

The ‘Timeless Beauties’ will meet guests on arrival and perform a couple of early numbers whilst the Cinque Ports Lindy Hoppers will ensure the dancing gets of to a swinging start! Live music will be performed by Chris Smith and the 16 piece String of Pearls Big Band with three singers. Chris has toured with the best including Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Liza Minnelli and Barbra Streisand. Compere and ‘gramophone technician’ for the evening is the popular ‘Gypsy John’. So Ball-going revellers at this event are in for a great time!

Timeless Beauties is a musical duet who have sung in the West End, on TV and performed for major publications Maire Claire and Cosmopoliton plus The Times, Best of British and many more. They add comedy, sophistication and lots of audience interaction; making them the newest and most unique duet in the UK. What makes Timeless Beauties unique? Before and after they sing they meet and greet guests in character!

The Cinque Ports Lindy Hoppers are the vintage dancing troupe based in Hastings, East Sussex. They dance authentic savoy style lindy hop from the 1930s and 1940s, brought out of Harlem, New York to Europe by the American G.I's as the Jitterbug.
Lindy Hop lessons are currently held at Portslade, East Peckham, Hastings and Dover. They also teach other great swing dances such as Balboa, Collegiate Shag, Shim Sham, Strolls etc.

Food and refreshments are available to purchase on the night and there will be a licensed bar. All ages are welcome and the event is fully accessible. Tickets should be purchased in advance to avoid disappointment either on-line| or by calling 01634 823826.
